Position: Quality Management Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Technical analysis of quality problems

1. Connect with the product quality engineer, responsible for the update of the quality control plan and process inspection specification, material inspection specification, finished product final inspection specification and other quality inspection documents in the mass production stage of new products.

2. Performance appraisal and performance counseling of qualified suppliers, and on-site audit work when suppliers have major abnormalities.

3. Conduct quality-related training for inspectors and production line employees.

4. Investigate, analyze and deal with abnormal quality of mass-produced products and customer complaints in the factory section, and track and verify the effectiveness of the processing progress until it is closed.

5. Collect quality data, analyze statistics, compile quality reports and reports, and organize quality meetings;

6. Quality management related systems, norms, and template optimization;

7. Connect with customers, submit product samples and routine annual experimental reports.


job requirements:

1. College degree, 1-3 years of electronic manufacturing inspection or quality management related work.



Position: Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. The sales target set by the company needs to be completed every month.

2. Maintain the customers assigned by the company, and be responsible for the negotiation, signing, review, implementation and tracking of sales contracts.

3. The target customers of the sales staff are distributed and provided by the company in the early stage, and developed by the sales staff in the later stage.

job requirements:

1. Secondary school or above.

2. Understand the sales industry, and those who intend to be good sellers are preferred.

3. Fresh graduates can also be considered.

4. Good communication and coordination skills, strong data analysis skills.
